Dr. Lyn Westman
This training begins with whole-person care across biological, psychological, social, and spiritual dimensions. It explores stress, crisis, grief, and trauma, introduces basic listening and support skills, and addresses common mental-health concerns and when to seek a higher level of care.
It may interest community partners, caregivers, and service providers who want to support others with greater understanding. This overview is based on Dr. Westman's training manual. The manual belongs to its author and is not offered here as a download.
